I’m dedicated to staying informed about the market—locally, nationally, and internationally—through constant research and keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry. 

With my years of experience in both real estate and the mortgage business, I’ve built strong, trusted relationships with banks and lending institutions. This allows me to foresee and address potential challenges before they become problems. Clear, consistent communication is the foundation of my service—from our first conversation all the way through closing and beyond. 

Family and faith are at the heart of everything I do. I’m blessed to share my life with my husband, Robert, my grown children, and my grandchildren. My sister Anne, who had Cerebral Palsy and developmental disabilities, lived with us for 20 cherished years. Anne’s resilience and unconditional love taught me invaluable lessons about life. Though she passed away in 2021, I know she’s now running free in Heaven. I carry her spirit with me every day and approach life with gratitude, knowing that no challenge is too great to overcome.

I take the time to truly understand my clients' needs because it's the key to providing exceptional service. My clients aren't just clients—they become friends, and often, like family. Together, we build relationships based on mutual respect and trust.
